What we process

We process only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address and the text of the enquiry; optionally your company, your country and the part or item you are asking about.

The site collects no analytics and uses no measurement or advertising tools.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the details solely to answer your enquiry and, where it goes that far, to enter into and perform a contract.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention

We keep the enquiry and the correspondence that follows it for as long as it takes to handle the matter and any business that comes of it. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer — tax and accounting records in particular.

Recipients and transfers

The message is delivered on our behalf by our cloud provider, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, in a data centre inside the European Union (Frankfurt am Main). We pass the details to no other recipient, transfer nothing outside the European Union, and use them for neither profiling nor automated decision-making.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. Write to info@main-partners.com to exercise them.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
